Resellers on the platform browse your listing, apply to sell your product, and once approved, they start closing deals. You track everything in your vendor dashboard and Stripe handles all commission payouts automatically. You pay only your monthly subscription fee — and 5% of commissions processed.
Most vendors are live within 24–48 hours of applying. The onboarding flow takes about 20 minutes — product details, pricing tiers, commission structure, and collateral uploads. Early access vendors get a dedicated onboarding call to make sure everything is set up for Day 1.
Yes. You choose your approval model: manual approval (you review each applicant), auto-approval with criteria (auto-approve anyone meeting your requirements), or open enrollment (anyone can sell). You can change this setting anytime and revoke reseller access if needed.
The 5% fee applies only to commissions processed through the platform — not your total deal value or your MRR. Example: if a reseller earns a $1,000 commission on a deal, SAASAF.AI takes $50. Your monthly subscription fee is separate and covers platform access regardless of transaction volume.
Vendor terms of service prohibit misrepresentation. You can report and remove any reseller from your program at any time. The contract generator (Phase 2) includes standard representations and warranties that protect vendors. In cases of disputed deals, SAASAF.AI has an admin mediation layer.
It's strongly recommended but not required. The platform has an asset library where you can upload onboarding docs, demo videos, pricing sheets, and talk tracks. Resellers who sell better earn more — so it's in your interest to arm them well. The SAASAF Academy (Phase 2) also offers platform-level sales training.
No formal experience required. You need the ability to have business conversations, a network or audience you can sell into, and the drive to learn. The marketplace has products at every price point and complexity level — you can start with simpler, lower-ticket SaaS and work up to enterprise deals as you build confidence and track record.
Commissions are paid automatically via Stripe Connect when a deal closes and payment is confirmed by the vendor. You'll see pending and confirmed commissions in your earnings dashboard. Payout timing depends on the vendor's billing cycle — typically within 5–15 days of a confirmed sale.
Absolutely — and that's the point. The platform is designed for resellers to build a portfolio of SaaS products they represent simultaneously. Your dashboard tracks commissions, pipeline, and payout history across all vendor relationships in one place.
Phase 1 includes unique tracking links, earnings dashboard, vendor asset access, and Stripe payouts. Phase 2 (launching ~10 weeks post-launch) adds a proposal builder, contract generator with e-signature, CRM pipeline, and deal registration system. Pro Reseller subscribers ($49/mo) get all Phase 2 tools at launch.
Deal registration lets you formally log an active sales opportunity with a vendor. This protects your work — if another reseller approaches the same prospect, your prior registration gives you rights to that deal. It prevents channel conflict and ensures your effort is rewarded even in competitive selling situations.
On the Free tier, you can apply to unlimited vendor programs. There's no cap on the number of products you can represent. Pro Reseller subscribers get priority consideration from vendors and early access to new products launching on the platform.
Phase 1 (marketplace, vendor/reseller portals, tracking, Stripe payouts) launches Q2 2026. Phase 2 (contract generator, proposal builder, CRM pipeline) launches approximately 10 weeks later. Early access applicants from this waitlist are the first users on the platform and lock in founding member pricing.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell user data to third parties — ever. Commission data, deal information, and personal details are only accessible to the relevant parties in each transaction. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
The platform is available globally for both vendors and resellers. Stripe Connect handles international payouts in 40+ countries and 130+ currencies. Some vendor programs may have geographic restrictions — those are set by the vendor, not the platform.

Yes. SAASAF.AI is not exclusive. Vendors can run parallel programs on multiple platforms. Many vendors use SAASAF.AI specifically for human B2B resellers while keeping separate link-based affiliate programs for content creators and influencers.
